Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Association Management Platform ("Platform"), owned and operated by Projah Ltd. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

The Platform, including but not limited to:

• source code
• software architecture
• database structure
• workflows
• business logic
• designs
• user interface
• graphics
• documentation
• trademarks
• logos
• intellectual property

remain the exclusive property of Projah Ltd. Nothing within these Terms transfers ownership of the Platform to the Association or any individual member.

Projah Ltd grants the Association a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform solely for managing the Association. The licence does not grant ownership rights.

Users agree to:

• use the Platform lawfully
• protect login credentials
• maintain confidentiality
• use the Platform only for Association activities
• report security concerns immediately

Users shall not:

• copy the software
• reproduce the software
• reverse engineer the software
• decompile the software
• modify the software
• distribute the software
• create derivative works
• attempt to duplicate any functionality
• use the Platform for commercial purposes without written consent
• provide access to unauthorised persons

All intellectual property belongs solely to Projah Ltd. This includes future improvements, enhancements and updates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Suggestions submitted by users may be considered by Projah Ltd. Submitting feedback does not create ownership rights in the Platform or any future implementation of that feedback.

Projah Ltd will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Projah Ltd may suspend access where necessary for:

• maintenance
• security
• misuse
• breach of these Terms

To the extent permitted by law, Projah Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.

Projah Ltd may amend these Terms from time to time.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
